This type of sick, devilish conduct is not uncommon in Hollywood.

Specialists are now speculating the depraved pervert that committed this gross act of invasion of privacy, worthy of imprisonment, as such voyeurism is a crime, was someone that knew her schedule or worked for ESPN.

There are cases that have surfaced around the country, regarding depraved people using hidden cameras to film people without their knowledge or permission, where prosecutors obtained guilty verdicts and prison sentences for the culprits.

In many of the cases, individuals sick enough to install hidden cameras, breaking the law, were found to be pedophiles as well. It all falls under the umbrella of sexual deviance. It takes a deeply depraved person to do such a thing.

ESPN: Erin Andrews 'grievously wronged' by video

Ephraim Cohen, a spokesman for the video portal Daily Motion, could not confirm the video had actually appeared on his company's site, but said it may have been there months ago. He said a search for the name of the user who purportedly uploaded the video showed the person had opened an account in February, but had since closed it.

"As far as we can tell, the user took the account and the video down a while ago," he said.

Earlier today, I sent a snippet of the video, still being passed around the internet like samizdat, to a helpful guy named Jon from Spy Tec Inc. in New York, a company that specializes in "the finest surveillance and detection equipment on the market today." He says the peeper was probably in an adjoining hotel room (not, as many people seem to think, on the other side of a peephole), having threaded a gooseneck or fiber-optic camera through a hole in the wall about a quarter-inch across. "I doubt the wall was concrete," says Jon, who asked me not to use his last name. "Any kind of sheetrock or plaster, you could use a penknife, if you have the time to do it."

"I think somebody was on the other side of the wall," he adds. "It's not like he put something in [in her room]. He's able to move the camera from her torso down, so somebody was doing it"

It's not an expensive operation, either. The camera wouldn't have cost more than $240, according to Jon. On the other side of the wall, it would've been hooked up to a digital video recorder that retails at $400, tops. This is horrifyingly basic equipment, cheaply purchased and easily operated.

"And if the person does it a lot," Jon says, a little ruefully, "it's not a big investment."

In what is a felony and massive civil rights violation, a depraved, deranged pervert, videotaped, ESPN anchor, Erin Andrews, in various states of undress, using a hidden camera illegally placed in her hotel room.

According to Warner Bros' celebrity blog TMZ, who knows all about this kind of thing, the footage reveals Andrews is unaware she is being illegally videotaped, whilst in various states of undress in her hotel room.

It is a terrible sign of the dark times and jaded society we live in, that anyone would seek to do such a sick and unconscionable thing.

It is an egregious, criminal violation of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code and not to mention, a disgrace. It speaks to severe mental illness, as it takes a very sick mind to come up with, then execute such shameful nastiness.

However, it is a form of mental illness that has reared its ugly head before, in sick Hollywood, of which the sports industry is apart, as a form of entertainment.

ESPN: "Erin has been grievously wronged. "Our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act."

Depraved Hollywood cults such as Madonna's Kabbalah and Scientology, specialize in this perverse nastiness that is a disgrace to the Constitution and human rights in America. It has singlehandedly set human rights in America back 300 years.

According to news reports, Andrews is going to sue regarding this incident. However, it should also be turned over to the federal authorities, as it is a nasty, criminal violation of the nation's privacy and decency laws.

This kind of social depravity belongs in prison, as left unchecked, it will go from illegally filming adults via hidden cameras, to preying on children.

Anybody nasty enough to do such a thing to a grown woman, psychologically has a voyeuristic mental disorder and will do the same to kids as well, believing they have gotten away with something.

We will not publish the video nor did we purchase it. It's a clear invasion of privacy. But this is what we can tell you.

It appears the video was shot from some sort of spy cam. It looks as if someone drilled a small hole in her hotel room from an adjoining room.

The camera is clearly being operated by someone. It follows Erin as she moves about her room.

It looks like a high-end hotel, but Erin's people claim they have no idea where or when it was shot.

It's also clear Erin has absolutely no idea she's being videotaped.

Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material.

We request respect of Erin's privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities."

It was not clear from the reports what hotel the video was filmed in or when it was made. The video has since been pulled from the Internet.

ESPN is also also furious about the situation, and released a statement of their own: "Erin has been grievously wronged. "Our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act."
