ESPN Implicated In Erin Andrews Hidden Cam Case

Video: ESPN's Andrews Fights Back - CBS News Online

The above posted video reveals how a perverse peeping tom, violated the rights of ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews, in a most vile manner, via abusing technology, to record her nude in her hotel room via an illegally placed hidden camera. This type of sick, devilish conduct is not uncommon in Hollywood.

Erin Andrews

Specialists are now speculating the depraved pervert that committed this gross act of invasion of privacy, worthy of imprisonment, as such voyeurism is a crime, was someone that knew her schedule or worked for ESPN.

There are cases that have surfaced around the country, regarding depraved people using hidden cameras to film people without their knowledge or permission, where prosecutors obtained guilty verdicts and prison sentences for the culprits.

In many of the cases, individuals sick enough to install hidden cameras, breaking the law, were found to be pedophiles as well. It all falls under the umbrella of sexual deviance. It takes a deeply depraved person to do such a thing.

ESPN: Erin Andrews 'grievously wronged' by video

Ephraim Cohen, a spokesman for the video portal Daily Motion, could not confirm the video had actually appeared on his company's site, but said it may have been there months ago. He said a search for the name of the user who purportedly uploaded the video showed the person had opened an account in February, but had since closed it.

"As far as we can tell, the user took the account and the video down a while ago," he said.

How $600 Worth Of Equipment Put Perv In Erin Andrews' Hotel Room

Mon Jul 20 2009 - It's only a matter of time before the cops and Chief Inspector Don Chavez crack this thing wide open. When they do, they'll find someone who needed $600 worth of gadgetry and a penknife to screw with Erin Andrews' life.

Earlier today, I sent a snippet of the video, still being passed around the internet like samizdat, to a helpful guy named Jon from Spy Tec Inc. in New York, a company that specializes in "the finest surveillance and detection equipment on the market today." He says the peeper was probably in an adjoining hotel room (not, as many people seem to think, on the other side of a peephole), having threaded a gooseneck or fiber-optic camera through a hole in the wall about a quarter-inch across. "I doubt the wall was concrete," says Jon, who asked me not to use his last name. "Any kind of sheetrock or plaster, you could use a penknife, if you have the time to do it."

"I think somebody was on the other side of the wall," he adds. "It's not like he put something in [in her room]. He's able to move the camera from her torso down, so somebody was doing it"

It's not an expensive operation, either. The camera wouldn't have cost more than $240, according to Jon. On the other side of the wall, it would've been hooked up to a digital video recorder that retails at $400, tops. This is horrifyingly basic equipment, cheaply purchased and easily operated.

"And if the person does it a lot," Jon says, a little ruefully, "it's not a big investment."

Judge Tosses Lawsuit Against Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton and Obama

U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth tossed a lawsuit against President Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, for using the FBI to access the files of Republicans, during her husband, Bill Clinton's time in office.

The judge stated the Plaintiffs should not, "Require a person who is a busy Cabinet secretary at this point to submit to an oral deposition."

This, I do not agree with, as it sets a bad example. To state a "busy Cabinet secretary" should not be held accountable in a court of law, for the violation of others right to privacy for political gain, is to send the negative message she is above the law. Not a good look to send out to the nation and the world, whose confidence in the judiciary is already wavering.

Furthermore, Hillary busted her butt recently, breaking her elbow, therefore, surely she could sit down for an hour to be deposed by a lawyer. It would have set a better example in the world than this legal cop out. It also looks as though she has something to hide.

Judge dismisses lawsuit against Hillary Clinton

WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Thursday threw out a 13-year-old lawsuit against Hillary Rodham Clinton involving the White House's handling of FBI background records.

The case extends back to the secretary of state's time as first lady and has included a voluminous record of nearly 1,500 legal filings. But Clinton was summarily removed as a defendant in a three-page opinion by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth.

Attorneys who have pursued the case, sometimes known as "Filegate," had argued it should not be dismissed until Clinton testifies. Lamberth disagreed, saying there is no legal reason that he should "require a person who is a busy Cabinet secretary at this point to submit to an oral deposition."

The FBI file controversy erupted in 1996 when the Clinton administration, which was under investigation for the firing of White House travel office employees, acknowledged it sought and received the FBI files of hundreds of prominent Republicans...

Usher Accuses Wife Of Spying On Him

Usher and Tameka Foster

Further proof Usher's marriage to Tameka Foster was involuntary, as I stated all along, as she has something on this dude, arrived today via court documents revealing the two began living apart less than a year after tying the not and his wife has been seriously spying on him, also enlisting the help of private investigators. Because nothing says trust like a private investigator...not.

Tameka Foster

Usher has entered a motion in the court record, requesting all surveillance documents, photos, tapes, recordings, files, notes, diaries and full disclosure of what she did with his money.

Usher Seeks Joint Custody, Detective Reports in Divorce

Tue., Jun. 16, 2009 1:33 PM PDT - ..."The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," read the documents, filed in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court. "There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation." ...

The "Love in This Club" singer is seeking a full rundown of all documents his missus has kept during the course of their marriage, which began when the duo tied the knot in a quiet civil service Aug. 3, 2007.

That includes tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations.

On the more personal—and potentially acrimonious—side of things, he's also seeking copies of "notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes" or other evidence that reflects on Usher's conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either "surveillance or investigation" of her onetime better half.

The latter request seemingly brings credence to rumors that Raymond had hired a private detective to trail Usher during their time apart...
